Timothy J Pagliara is a financial advisor with over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. Timothy founded CapWealth, an investment firm
located in Franklin, Tennessee, that focuses on customized plans for each client, as well as transparency and education for their clients. Due to their attention to client service, CapWealth has been recognized locally and nationally for their outstanding work.

Over the years, he has earned several notable awards. In 2020, he was named Forbes’ #1 Best-In-State Wealth Advisor in Tennessee, as well as #1 on Barron’s ranking of America’s Top 1,200 Financial Advisors for Tennessee. He had also received both awards in 2018, which was the first time one financial advisor from Tennessee had won both top spots in the same year.

Although Timothy has the awards to show for his success, he would not get there without solid policies to back him up. Tim understands that thinking about finances and investing can cause anxiety in people, particularly when there is a lot at risk. However, his approach is to ease these concerns by providing education on his practices so that his clients can understand the process.

Additionally, Timothy has a desire to educate both his clients and the general public on the national debt crisis. He currently serves as co-chairman of the Tennessee chapter of the Fix The Debt campaign, which is aiming to restore the U.S. economy by finding routes for growth. Outside of his work, Timothy likes to volunteer his time with various organizations, including one he founded, Pagliara Charities. This organization built a school in Moshi, Tanzania called Mwenge Catholic University. The school has over 4,000 students enrolled, and it certifies them to teach math and science.

He is also involved with Chaminade College Preparatory School’s Board of Trustees, as well as leadership positions with the Heritage Foundation, Carnton Plantation, Battle Ground Academy, the Boy Scouts of America, and Saint Thomas Hospital. Aside from his charity work, Timothy J Pagliara enjoys visiting his children and spending time in the outdoors.
